Extra Light Stonewashed Jeans

Good evening everyone!

I am in an extremely happy mood right now since I finally got the iPhone 4 in my hands!!! To be quite honest, it's not much different from my previous iPhone 3GS, with the exception that the new one has video chat. All the new features now available on the new one can be easily added to the old one with an update...NOT FAIR!!! Lol make them buy a new one too!!!

But now that I've ranted, I'm going to share my look inspired by nhop76 (Natasha) from YouTube. She named her look something else (Venus Teal Meets Sweet Juliet, I think), but my video will be posted as a response to whatever her latest video may be. Here's my look!

***DISCLAIMER***
I bought everything used with my money. So go away, lol.

Hey loves!

This is my second time filming this video. Needless to say, I'm quite pissed. My camera deleted the first version and luckily I already had the products used written down, so I didn't have to guess anything. Anyway, from what I could see in the video, there were only 2 makeup looks. I did the one with the "darkened" brows. The other look had much lighter brows. Here's the look!

May 2010 Favorites

Sunday, June 6, 2010

Hey loves!

This post is just going to list my May faves for 2010. I'm going to make this post relatively brief since I start my first day of summer school tomorrow...yikes!!! The quicker I can finish the better and one year from the end of July, I should have a Bachelor of Science in Finance (if God says the same)!!!

Anyway, here's the list of my favorites. I wasn't really prepared for this; I kind of just chose the products that were in front of me that I absolutely love.

***DISCLAIMER***
I paid for all the products shown.

1) Ben Nye Creme Highlight in Medium
-You guys already know I LOVE my Ben Nye creme colors! This is just as great! I use it to      highlight underneath my brow before applying makeup.
2) MAC Studio Finish Concealer SPF 35 in NC45
-This actually became a favorite by accident, lol. I used to use this to highlight underneath my brows, which always resulted in dry skin (FAIL), and I also used to use it to nude out my lips for a nude lip (EPIC FAIL). I couldn't find the concealer I normally use to conceal under eye circles, so I found this one and it worked like a charm. Needless to say, I love this product. I'm glad I found another use for it without it having to be chunked at the bottom of my makeup bag.
3) Garnier Nutritioniste Daily Anti-Fatigue Eye Cream
-Love the product. It's sooo moisturizing and really does aid in decreasing the appearance of under eye circles (over time). The only thing that bugs me about Garnier is that they test their products on animals. NOT cool.
4) MAC Blanc Type eye shadow
-Perfect highlight color for any skin tone especially if you don't want a frosty brow bone. Watch out if you're around my skin tone and darker. Don't apply too much and blend extremely well or it will be ashy.
5) MAC Feeling beauty powder blush
-Perfect neutral pink blush for any skin tone. YOU hold the power to control how much coverage and pigmentation you want, so it goes on light at first, but it's definitely buildable. I don't think this is sold in stores anymore; I got it from a CCO in Myrtle Beach.

Like I said, I don't have too many faves this month, but hopefully you guys still enjoyed them!!! Stay tuned for the tutorial worn in this video, which is going to be uploaded Wednesday!!!

XOXO,
Candie
