assess your risk with bright pink, the beauty beau

With fall season underway, it’s definitely time to start thinking about prevention and early detection, especially when it comes to breast and ovarian cancer. It’s never too early or late to know! I have recently discovered Bright Pink’s first-ever, digital and interactive breast and ovarian risk assessment tool, Assess Your Risk. It has helped more than 1 million women learn more about their risk, to help them better manage it! 😃

Bright Pink is a national non-profit organization that uniquely focuses on prevention and early detection. What I particularly love is how it focuses on health instead of cancer. It allows one to make behavioral and lifestyle changes to greatly reduce their risk of developing breast or ovarian cancer down the line!

The Assess Your Risk quiz is interactive, free and easy-to-use! This year, Bright Pink is actually optimizing this tool to provide an enhanced user experience and also more personalized recommendations for risk management. This is a bonus, knowing that any information provided will be catered to you! 🙌

Such a great post to raise awareness for such awful cancers. Thank you so much for this. I personally always make sure to check my breasts at least twice a month, and I always try and make it to a smear test (Pap Smear) every three years. You just can’t be too careful, no matter your age!
