I always get excited when spring comes around. New season, fresh blooms, new styles…what’s not to love?! One of the best ways I can describe it is giving me a fresh start to the new year and when you think about it, that’s pretty much what it is. With spring also comes basket season and those aren’t just limited to Easter either. You can elevate your occasion and celebrate spring with Decoy! 🍷

I feel great knowing I can enjoy a glass of delicious wine that I don’t have to spend a ton of money. Though we went with the Chardonnay from Decoy, the brand offers several other wine varieties including Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Red Wine, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. So for your spring celebrations, the possibilities are endless. Each wine has a unique profile. The Chardonnay we had for our date has layers of green apple, white peach and honeysuckle, and cinnamon. Since most of Decoy’s white varieties were harvested before the first heat spike, it results in a bright natural acidity, which pairs well with its fruit flavors. I can’t think of a better wine to enjoy with my loved one to celebrate the gorgeous spring season!

I have always loved how the Decoy brand gave me several options in wine choosing to select from. Sometimes we may be in the mood for a red wine, a white or a combination of the options. With all the varieties I have to choose from, my wine cabinet never runs dry at home and I always know I have a trusted brand I really love, and that Keshaun loves too.
