HAUL: August 2016 ONYXBOX Unboxing

Good morning! Today, I am sharing my August ONYXBOX haul! Unlike last month, this box featured mostly beauty products rather than hair products. There are a few items that I am really pumped to try. Let’s get right to it, shall we?

Items Featured in Box:

• Linné Refresh Face Mist
  • Mist face, neck and body with REFRESH to hydrate skin and to enhance the absorption of other products. Contains ingredients known to reduce inflammation, minimize pores, promote elasticity and protect against cellular damage. Apply as needed. May be used prior to the application of RENEW face serum, post workout or to set make up.
    • I love this spray! It comes at a great deal in this box, since the regular price is $36. It has a very cooling sensation on the skin. Can’t wait to test it out after each marathon training session outside in the heat 🙂
• Jane Carter Solution Complex 4 – Replenish & Repair Oil
  • Condition & sculpt is perfect for wet looks or wash and wear hair. It seals in moisture while smoothing the cuticle, creating great shine.     • Haven’t actually tried this, but I am always excited to test new products on my natural hair 🙂
• Bolden Skin Clarifying Cleanser

    • I’m almost afraid to use this, simply due to the fact that I don’t have breakout-prone skin (thank God!). I may test it out anyway for the good old antioxidants and premature aging part. Who doesn’t like that characteristic? Always welcome over here!
• Naked Beauté Calendula and Cranberry Facial Scrub

    • No matter your skin type, exfoliating is very important, even for drier skin types like mine. This is such a cool product that activates with water. Exfoliating is my favorite part of my skincare routine and this smells amazing!

    • Y’all know I love my bold lippies. This one is beautiful! It isn’t totally smudge proof as some of my other lipsticks, but the majority of the color stays intact while eating. That’s good enough for me because I hate touching up my lip color. If it doesn’t last, I usually just apply Vaseline to my lips and call it a day lol.
