If I didn’t already mention it, I started marathon training this week. It’s something I have always wanted to do. I was a track and cross-country runner in grade school and to be honest, I miss it. In school, I really didn’t take it as seriously as I should have, even though I was quite good at it. Looking back and watching my stepson run, I appreciate the sport of running more and I am more disciplined on what I need to do to excel at it and put more effort into it than I used to. I am really excited to be running my 1st 10K on February 13th!
