TUTORIAL: Bold Blue Eye Liner w/ Luminess AirSupremacy Mist Foundation

One of the quickest ways to put on makeup without any extra time with blending is to just throw on a bold eye liner and go. I mean seriously! All you have to know how to do is apply one color really, and liquid eye liner…and DONE!
