I haven’t always appreciated wine; it actually took me graduating from college to appreciate it more. If you were looking for food to pair it with, seafood and poultry would make the perfect choices; however, my assistant Marisa and I chose to pair it with cheese and crackers, which was the perfect choice. We were able to have our own happy hour at home, with a wine that’s Certified Sustainable! 😊
