If there’s one makeup item I could name that I have been hoarding lately, foundation would be it. I absolutely love liquid foundation; price doesn’t even matter honestly.
You can imagine my excitement when I spotted the CIRCA Color Balance Liquid Foundation in such a luxurious container at my local Walgreens for such an affordable price. These factors plus the hydration and glowing skin claims = automatic buy.

With my skin type being very dry and my coverage preference being light to medium, I was all over testing out this foundation. The website actually says it’s medium to full coverage, but with the proper brush and limited amount of use, that can easily be reduced to your desired coverage. This foundation comes in 10 shades, and the perfect one for me is #8.
1 thing I can say that really say stood out to me is the fact that my skin didn’t give off that ashy appearance that my skin tends to do with drugstore foundations. Instead it’s glowing.
