I probably said this for my last neutral tutorial, but I’m serious this time lol. This is probably my favorite neutral look to date. I don’t know what my deal has been lately; I have been really digging the no eyeliner look. It can pretty much tone any look down even further. This look would work perfectly on brides or anyone else…pretty much everyone!
