Scarlet Nude

I recently got a request via YouTube to do a fall makeup look wearing dark lips. This time, I have decided to tackle a neutral eye look doing so. This look is so effortless to do. I literally used 3 colors on my eyes. You can apply any color you want to the lower lash line if red is not your thing!
