TUTORIAL | Polar Blue

Someone requested I do a wedding makeup tutorial using silver and blue…I hope I’m not too late by the way, but hopefully this also works for any other occasion or everyday wear! Some may think this is too much for a wedding, but not mine. I do as I please lol. I typically don’t do metallic looks, but since they’re in and different from my usual, I figured this was a nice change from the usual. I hope you like!
