With the season of autumn coming to a quick halt in the next couple of months, it’s about time to think about investing in pieces that can carry you through the next season. Denim has always been a staple piece that I have invested in and I have had my eye on the Good American brand for some time. I figured, what better time than now to finally try a pair of their jeans?! I have to say, it’s the best decision and purchase on jeans I’ve made thus far. They fit true to size and stretch, but not too much! They are gap proof at the back and move with you when you walk. I highly recommend them to everyone to give a try. They’re amazing! Other pieces I suggest everyone should look into getting for the perfect weekend casual look are a denim jacket and s knit bodysuit. With both of these, they can not only be worn on the weekend, but also layered with other pieces. I’m wearing the ReformationĀ Isabel Turtleneck Sleeveless Bodysuit and the BlankNYCĀ Rust Denim Moto Jacket. I did upside in the bodysuit, as I usually do with a longer torso and it’s the perfect fit! The denim jacket is true to size.
Booties should also be a part of your weekend casual look. They can be worn with jeans, skirts and even dresses! You can wear them with tights, or bare skinned. I’m rocking the Steve MaddenĀ Rockstar Booties, which have recently gone on sale since I purchased them! š¤
