This hair review will be revealing my new hair from WowAfrican. I ended up getting 2 sets this time to try something different…1 with 16 inches and 1 with 18 inches. I liked these a lot better because for one, it made my hair look layered with the extensions and 2, my hair looked really thick and voluminous as a result. However, I was left with a few spare clips in both sets where I surprisingly ran out of room in my big head lol. I’ll include a video below, showing you exactly I install the hair and which clips I actually use.
The color of this hair is natural. It is similar in color to #1B, which is why it nearly looks identical to my hair color. In the hair world, #1B is off black. The hair texture is Brazilian virgin body wave. In my opinion, this works best for my hair judging from past hair I have reviewed. I am really glad I chose this selection. I did not apply any heat and I don’t plan to; I just flat ironed my own hair and blended it in with a paddle brush. I love the end result.
I know I stated this last time lol, but this is my new favorite hair. The texture is really nice and it blends really well with my hair. I’ve been trying to stretch the time that I use any type of heat on my hair, so to maintain the natural body wave of the hair, I’ll probably braid the hair and flexirod my own hair so that it blends even more. There was a little shedding on the hair, but that’s normal since it’s new. I love how thick this hair makes my own hair look. It has volume, but it’s not crazy volume. Definitely check out WowAfrican‘s website if you’re on the market for new hair. They have various textures and colors, but I definitely recommend this texture for sure. It’s amazing! 🙂
