Today makes the first time I’ve shared a subscription box (besides Rocksbox a while back, which I need to get back on that ASAP!) review on my blog. In case you’ve never heard of this box, let me fill you in.
ONYXBOX is a monthly subscription that covers hair, makeup, skin and nails for only $25/month for $70+ worth of products. Now if you have natural hair like me, you already know what a great deal that is for product. This month I was lucky enough to score 3 new hair products to test! Now before I get into any more detail, let me make you aware of something. I was using natural hair products when I had relaxed hair, so don’t feel this might not be the right box for you just because you aren’t natural. Just wanted to throw that out there 🙂 On to the good stuff <3

Believe it or not, I am in no hurry for my hair to grow. I actually love my TWA (teeny weeny afro) and am not looking forward to detangling anything any longer than this! I may change my mind on trying this, or I may give it to my mom as she transitions from relaxed to natural 🙂

I had a small issue with my edges when I was relaxed and getting sew-ins, but thankfully not a problem anymore since I am no longer relaxed. I’ve heard great things about Jamaican Black Castor Oil though and I can only imagine how amazing this is!
