I recently received a request from aijuswhanakno to do swatches of all the Ben Nye blushes I own. She recently just updated her website and she posts awesome FOTDs and tons of swatches. You should definitely go check her out ๐
I honestly don’t use these blushes in my videos too often, but I really should because they are truly amazing. Great pigmentation, long-lasting, and best of all VERY reasonably priced!!! You can find these at any online store that sells Ben Nye; I happened to purchase all of mine from Stage Makeup Online, where I have always received top customer service. Their shipping prices are a bit expensive (but CRAZY fast; I live in Louisiana, company is in Texas, I get my package in 2 days maximum, no lie), but I will pay more for quality service without any complaints.
Anyway, from my knowledge, these blushes are available in 2 forms, refill and pot. With the refills, you can just remove the foam and insert them into this palette:
As you can see, that’s another awesome thing about these blushes; there is a palette!!! I go crazy when there are palettes available for organization, lol. The pot; however, has been a bit of a pain to figure out how to depot. I actually ruined one of my blushes trying ๐ Unfortunately, some shades are ONLY available in pot form, so I MUST figure out how to depot these soon especially since I plan on continuing to build my collection. Sooo…on to the amazing swatches (without a base)!!!
I say these blushes are DEFINITELY comparable to higher end brands. They are WOC friendly, too! I’m just shocked that they’re this cheap, can’t complain though ๐ If these bright and bold blushes aren’t up your alley, don’t worry! There are TONS of other more shades available to choose from ๐ Please check these out if you are obsessed with blushes, or even if you want to just build your collection; these are the way to go. I’ve never tried anything from Ben Nye, because I’ve never seen any of the products in person, (I like to feel, touch, try before I buy). But those prices seem reasonable.
