HAUL: MAC Matte Lipstick Collection

Beauties! This is my first MAC haul in a very long time. I think I got all of the colors. Some, not pictured, I already had in my collection. I believe there were 1 or 2 that I couldn’t find; they’re probably floating around somewhere in my lipstick drawer. Today, I have 11 to show you! My faves will have an asterisk (*) 😉

Left to Right (1st seven): Whirl, Stone, D for Danger, Tropic Tonic, All Fired Up, RiRi Woo, Flat Out Fabulous Left to Right (Last 6): RiRi Woo, Flat Out Fabulous, Men Love Mystery, Antique Velvet, Instigator, Matte Royal

MAC Whirl Lipstick – This is the perfect pinky nude. It emphasizes the color of my lips with opaque intensity, perfect for any look.

  MAC Stone Lipstick* – This is the color everyone has been going insane for on social media and I can see why. It’s gorgeous. I would call it a Halloween nude. It’s creepy and gorgeous at the same time, kind of an oxymoron too now that I think about it!

MAC D For Danger Lipstick – I enjoyed this color too. It’s a cross between pink and red, so perfect for those who aren’t too keen on bold red lips.

  MAC Tropic Tonic Lipstick – This color is a bit harder to wear. It can come off really jizzy if you aren’t careful. It also helps to make sure your lips are moisturizer really well prior to application as it shows up chapped lips really easily. MAC All Fired Up Lipstick – This is more of a watermelon red, lighter than D For Danger.  MAC Flat Out Fabulous Lipstick* – I saw quite a few bloggers rave about this color. It is gorgeous. It’s a more wearable pink with a splash of plum. MAC Men Love Mystery Lipstick* – This is my favorite out of all the colors. It is the perfect lavender for my skin tone. It’s opaque and just gorgeous. I highly recommend this one if you are a woman of color looking for a skin appropriate lavender or any other skin tone looking for a beautiful purple lipstick. 

MAC Antique Velvet Lipstick – This color will be perfect for fall. It’s the perfect chocolate brown with loads of color payoff. Another winner from this collection.

MAC Instigator Lipstick* – This is another one that has gotten loads of attention on social media. It’s a true dark plum and would work on anyone. 

MAC Matte Royal Lipstick* – This color freaked both my boyfriend and stepson out when I wore it out to a family dinner. I love it though so I’ll continue to wear it lol. It’s hard to explain, but it’s actually a royal blue yet sometimes it can lean more purple. That’s why I like it. This is a truly unique color from MAC. It does take a little work to make the color be fully opaque, but it’s well worth it to me.
