OOTD: Night Owl

Hello everyone!

I have really been digging kimonos lately. This is my 2nd one and I may get a few more for the upcoming fall weather, maybe some solid colors. They are so easy to throw on and add pizazz to any outfit. The one I’m featuring is from one of my favorite online shops, Sheinside. I love it because it’s short sleeved, so it isn’t too inappropriate for summer. I played up the bold mustard color by wearing complementing shorts from Zara. The gladiator sandals are my new favorites.

Here’s a little side story: I went to a university in Hammond for my undergrad and during that time, I only bought my sandals/shoes at one store there, Shoe Show. I don’t know what it is, but I always find a nice pair of sandals no matter when I go. I happened to go back recently when I had an orthodontist appointment and found 2 cute new pairs. I got the straps cut by my local shoe repair store and voila! Perfect ingredient to my outfit 🙂
